Overview

These terms govern your use of the McLaren Precision Agriculture website and any services provided by McLaren Precision Agriculture (“MPA”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

MPA provides precision drone survey and data services for agricultural and land management purposes. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and regulatory requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within agreed timeframes, but cannot guarantee specific dates where factors beyond our control (such as weather or airspace restrictions) apply.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. If the scope of work changes, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly and will communicate any changes before proceeding.

Data and deliverables

Survey data and reports are provided for informational purposes to support agronomic and land management decisions. While we take every care to ensure accuracy, MPA does not warrant that survey data is free from error. Data should be used alongside professional agronomic advice and should not be the sole basis for decisions involving significant financial commitment.

Deliverables (reports, maps, data files) are provided for the client's own use. They may not be resold or redistributed without our written consent.

Liability

MPA carries professional indemnity and public liability insurance appropriate to the services we provide. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the contract for the specific work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to crop losses, arising from the use of our data or reports.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a booking with at least 48 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation and travel costs already incurred.

Intellectual property

Upon payment, clients receive a licence to use deliverables for their own agricultural or land management purposes.

Website use

This website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that all information is complete or current.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
